Structural Design EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Develop detailed structural designs and calculations for buildings, bridges, and other structures.•Use structural analysis software to model and evaluate structural performance.•Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.•Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and stakeholders to integrate structural designs with project requirements.•Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on structural matters.•Coordinate with construction teams to ensure design intent is realized during construction.•Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.•Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and equipment submittals.•Conduct design reviews and quality assurance checks.•Provide technical support during construction, including site visits and inspections.•Address and resolve any structural issues that arise during construction.•Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.•5+ years of experience in structural design engineering, preferably in the GCC region.•Strong proficiency in CSI design software.•Good level in BIM/Revit.•Experience in commercial project design.•Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction practices, and material properties.•Design experience in steel and concrete structures.•Good knowledge of American standards and Dubai regulations.
