Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a revolutionary Start-Up business who are continually adapting to align with new business opportunities and improve services across existing businesses whilst looking at new ventures.Our client is looking to hire a Strategic Analytical Assistant to support their belief that in order to be the best it is essential to have good insight into what the market is doing, what their competitors are doing and ensure they stay one step ahead. About the roleReporting directly to the CEO this role provides a unique opportunity for someone with business analytics to grow their strategic input and viewpoint, with unprecedented exposure to high level business decisions and outstanding entrepreneurs.You will be challenged with identifying new business lines or service trends in the market which need to be considered to further grow the portfolio of the existing business. This role is multifaceted, and will require someone that is a combination of reactive and proactive, has exceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills and an analytical mind that wants to be part of an incredible business in high growth mode.About youThe successful candidate will work closely with the executive team, supporting some of their projects, being the gate keeper and often the conduit and owner for new business opportunities. You will require strong communication skills, as direct engagement with broader stakeholders, such as new ventures will be required.Your development and contribution through exposure to the team and continual market evaluation you will help develop ideas, proposals and feedback for the executive team to help guide the business strategy and decision making process.This is a significant and very unique opportunity for an individual to learn, contribute to and be mentored by the most senior executives in a dynamic and successful business.
