Key Responsibilities:• Manage and monitor inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock.• Coordinate receipt of incoming materials and prepare items for dispatch to production/sites.• Post GRNs, maintain accurate records, and update inventory systems as required.• Generate delivery notes and assist with documentation for material transfers.• Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and support annual physical stocktaking.• Ensure proper storage, organisation, and adherence to safety procedures.• Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet site requirements.Requirements:• Must be currently based in the UAE (Dubai preferred).• 2–3 years of storekeeping experience within the UAE is mandatory.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.• Good communication and coordination skills.• Ability to work well in a busy production environment and meet deadlines.• ERP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
