We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and oversee warehouse operations at Lumber World Building Materials Trading. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of building materials, maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials such as timber, hardware, and ironmongeries.Organize and store stock systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and inventory management.Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP B1 (or similar systems).Prepare and issue stock for projects and dispatch.Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.Ensure compliance with warehousing policies, safety standards, and company procedures.Coordinate with procurement and project teams to anticipate material needs.Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area.Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies as required.Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse operations experience within the Building Materials Industry (Timber, Hardware & Ironmongeries).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Good knowledge of warehousing compliance and safety standards.Knowledge of SAP B1 is an advantage.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
