Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a prestigious luxury brand who is looking to hire a bilingual Store Manager, with a fluency in English and Arabic, to join their team in the UAE.About the roleThis is a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become a part of a globally recognized luxury brand with a growing presence across the Middle East. You will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the team and boutique in order to reach and exceed all targets and KPIs. You will conduct marketing and promotional activities to maximise profits and drive the store and the brand to succession.You will maintain the product knowledge and awareness of market trends at all times.You should have an existing database of local clientele, including VIP client network, as well as strong business development and relationship building skills, in order to expand your database.You will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.Additionally, you will work in line with the Retail Manager and provide necessary monthly reports and feedbacks.About youOur client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and must be fluent in English and Arabic. You need to have a minimum 2 years? managerial experience in the UAE, working for an international high-end brand.This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for fashion and an extensive portfolio of existing clients.
