The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, leading the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a focus on operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers.Handle administrative tasks such as cash management, reporting, and documentation.Implement store policies and procedures in compliance with company standards.Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and delivery.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze sales and financial data.Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
