Store CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Process and fulfill Move Orders from Engineers, ensuring timely delivery.•Update the status of Move Orders or material delivery with respective Engineers in a timely manner.•Confirm Pick slips on the same day or the day after material release.•Inspect incoming materials for specification, quality, and quantity.•Maintain records of Returned items and communicate with Engineers accordingly.•Keep track of Damaged items according to the provided template.•Return damaged items to suppliers promptly.•Properly place materials in designated racks.•Regularly check stock levels to prevent minimum order level falls.•Liaise with the procurement team to initiate ordering when inventory approaches minimum thresholds.•Provide accurate material descriptions and quantities to the procurement team.•Check stock regularly for discrepancies.•Submit stock reports to Store supervisors and coordinators in a timely manner.•Maintain accurate records of distributions and record-keeping.Requirements:•Experience with suppliers is essential.•Effective communication with suppliers and engineers is crucial.•High School Diploma or equivalent required.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.•Market knowledge in sourcing materials and services.
