Store Associate / Store AssistantJob Location : UAEDetailed Responsibilities:•Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of store stock.•Receive and process invoices from suppliers, ensuring timely approval from the Head of the workshop and submission to the finance team.•Ensure all approved inventory is maintained at optimal levels to minimize Turnaround Time (TAT).•Inspect incoming goods for quality and report any issues to the Head of the workshop.•Create job numbers in JDE for accounting purposes as required.•Recommend inventory items based on feedback from supervisors/foremen.•Maintain accurate records of IMS documents.•Register work orders, raise job cards, and enter work orders into the ERP system.•Support purchasing activities as needed.•Manage stores to meet workshop operational requirements.•Perform data entry tasks as assigned.•Build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers.•Record daily timesheets for workshop employees.•Evaluate the quality and value of materials obtained and machinery condition.•Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.•Assist the workshop supervisor on the floor as needed.Minimum Requirements:•At least 5 years of experience in waste management operations, preferably in heavy diesel vehicle maintenance and repair workshops in UAE.•Preferred background in automobile store management.•Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Preferred experience in project management and process optimization.•Familiarity with sustainability practices and initiatives in landfill operations.
