We will count on you to:Duties may vary, but include:

• Prepare and analyze various accounting reports including variances, billing, and other statements may ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Perform variation and trend analysis for key accounts or reports.
• Assist with the development, implementation and documentation of internal and external accounting and operating policies, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX procedures, SSAE16 procedures, tax regulations, local GAAP and US GAAP and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters.
• Address inquiries from stakeholders across multiple lines of business
• Partner with team members to develop process efficiencies
• Perform reconciliation reviews
• Interact with various internal stakeholders including Controllers & Financial Planning
• Reviews system enhancements and upgrades to understand their function
• Review documentation for proper revenue recognition criteria
• Complete quality assurance reviews on projects for proper accounting treatment

What you need to have:

• Associates degree
• 1-3 years of Finance or Accounting experience
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
