Senior Client Advisor - Casualty

Job Description

Marsh is seeking candidates for our open Senior Client Advisor position.What can you expect:

• Becoming a member of Marshs best in class Casualty team who delivers expert broking & strategy solutions to help manage risk with confidence.
• In this Sr. Client Advisor role, you will develop an understanding of the clients business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to help provide knowledge and advice to complex clients.
• Builds and maintains relationships with underwriters, and is involved in the placement of sophisticated insurance programs
• Helps identify the need for new products and develops innovative solutions for clients.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, and is the primary point of contact for day-to-day service needs.
• Completes policy management activities and delivery of reviewed policy to client and helps address client inquiries as necessary.
• Delivers technical expertise and taking the lead role in presentations of RFPs

We will count on you to:

• Independently oversee and manage large or complex accounts and bring the entire team together to formulate the procedure and go to market strategy.
• Works to maintain a near complete understanding of the clients business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
• Utilizes expert risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance market place to review clients exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for complex clients needs, including recommending additional products and services as solutions.
• Presents to prospective clients, identifies the need for new products, develops/suggests innovative solutions to client and client team members to gain new clients and projects.
• Oversees the production of client deliverables and delivering the final placement to the client to ensure the quality of materials delivered to clients.
• Engages in independent senior-level client interaction and demonstrates expertise in problem solving, areas of coverage and client relationships.
• Develop strong working relations with carriers and or underwriters. Submit coverage specifications and obtain quotes from carriers, ensure that coverage is bound and be responsible for the accuracy of bound programs. Receive and analyze quotes from carriers and provide analysis and recommendations.

What you need to have:

• 10+ years industry experience
• Casualty experience a must
• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain
• Bachelors degree preferred
