SST TeacherJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and deliver engaging and effective Social Studies lessons aligned with the school curriculum and best practices.•Create and implement assessments to evaluate student learning and progress.•Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.•Provide individualized support to students to meet their diverse learning needs.•Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional strategies.•Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.•Maintain accurate student records and submit timely reports.•Contribute to the overall school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events (as applicable).•Adhere to school policies and procedures.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Social Studies or a related field, *plus* a B.Ed or Masters degree in Social Studies.•Minimum of two (2) years of secondary school teaching experience.•Equivalency for educational certificates required (details to be provided upon application). TLS certification preferred.•Strong subject matter expertise in Social Studies.•Excellent classroom management skills and experience differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs.•Proven ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.•Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.•Immediate availability to join (must be currently located in the UAE).
