Be the link between the talabat (product team, operations, and other business stakeholders) and the Delivery Hero central Product & Technology team? Collect data, user feedback, and market research, and build a solid business case to support the feature development? Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a point of contact to the central team for the Operations and Supply Chain Management products? Collect and coordinate the problems and feature requests from all departments and communicate them to the product managers? Project manage and support rollouts of the new features with business stakeholders and the product team? Coordinate bug reports and product requestsWhat Did We Order? ? Experience in program management requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration? Proven ability to work seamlessly with distributed cross-functional teams to achieve success? Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? Experience in an E Commerce/Foodtech/Grocery role is desirable? Able to understand and communicate with product managers and engineers (exposure and understanding of basic technical concepts and working of product organization)? High analytical and data processing capability.
