Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand key customer needs and industry trends, competition and technology for IPTV and OTTMonitor and analyze product performance trends from financial, competitive and operational perspectives.Coordinate with content acquisition teams and business partners for marketing promotions and campaigns for IPTV.Active participation with the content acquisition team for selection of channels for different packages and content for Etisalat?s exclusive TV channelsDeveloping and promoting Etisalat?s exclusive TV channelsData analysis and review of subscriber growth / churn and implementation of anti-churn efforts through save desks, developing a fair understanding of churn for IPTV services and providing potential solutions for it.Work with engineering and Customer Care Center to plan and implement the migration of customers from legacy networks to GPON.Develop a rolling 12 month plan for the IPTV products and services, including linear TV services, Catch Up TV and all Value Added Services that can be made available to consumers through the IPTV Set Top Box.Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the IPTV service across all channels of sales and supportWork with concerned departments for TV product CPE development issues such as STBs, remote controls, Smart Cards and Triple play-related CPE.Identify and recommend changes in delivering capability that may be required by executional teams (eg. Channel, Customer Service, IT)Constantly develop and update the IPTV product offerings based on market trends, requirements, competitive product offerings and new technology developments.Maintain effective external interfaces with business partners and technology partners.Monitor quality assurance measures & standards to ensure compliance with corporation practices and international standards; ensure compliance to corporate objectives, targets, standards and procedure.Education & ExperienceBachelor?s degree in marketing, Business Administration or Engineering5+ years of experience in Telecommunications Product Management.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
