Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwn Esports for e& UAE, being the subject matter expert for the business and externallyHelp define gaming and esports strategy to fit with e& UAE?s long-term visionP&L owner, responsible for delivering against the esports business caseOwn the go-to-market plan, working closely with the segment teams to bring esports to the MENA fan baseDevelop and deliver agreed KPIs with the platform providers for the operations and promotion of the serviceDrive the digital agency and work closely with relevant teams for ATL & BTL communications.Plan, manage and ensure execution of events and acquisition budgetsDefine and drive the marketing communication calendar, focused on online & offline eventsBuild e& UAE?s community of esports fans, innovating the proposition based on fans wants and hot industry trendsExplore opportunities with the leading global gaming publishers, leveraging e& UAE?s assets for maximum impact to e& UAE?s gaming propositionsAnalyze the performance of marketing campaigns and innovative adapt to increase reachManagement of the Payment Service Providers (selection, negotiation, engagement)Manage the relation with Opcos for DCB and BundlingScope and deliver platform evolutionsTrack and monitor service performance against set KPIWork alongside Digital Entertainment teams to cross promote esports into gaming bundles and telco productsEducation & ExperienceBachelor?s degree in marketing, Business Administration or Engineering5+ years of experience in running Esport product and events.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities :QualificationsQualifications & Experience :You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
