Sr Manager Business Solutions | Analytics | Strategy & Change | Al Futtaim Automotive | DubaiWhat you will do:- Ensuring that any data errors are handled, notified and corrected in the most efficient way.- Ensure that any data updates that run through the online day do not affect the availability of reports and/or the ability to extract accurate data.- Be prepared to provide out of hours support to minimize the impact of any data issues that may be experienced throughout the night.- Hold periodic meetings with the other Al Futtaim Finance teams to ensure that the team are offering the best and most suitable support possible.- Maintain the team?s standard approach, design and coding standards documentation.- Manage the development of new and changes to existing processes and ensure that the code complies with the standards in place at the time.- Develop any training materials that are required to support the Al Futtaim Business Solutions users.- Produce periodic reports that:- Detail all new and enhancements to existing processes that have been delivered.- Show the usage of key Tableau reports.- Report the number of errors and resultant downtime due to any issues in the overnight batch processing.- Monitor the efficiency of the overnight batch processing.- Identify and tasks that are taking longer to complete.
