Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Perm and Fixed Term opportunities available Make a difference every dayThe Job OpportunityThe key purpose of this role is to proactively plan, attract, source, and maintain a pipeline of existing and potential candidates to meet the various business requirements in their sector.The role will be responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through ensuring the best quality candidates are identified and selected appropriately within the required timeframesKey accountabilities

• Own the end to end recruitment process, typically up to G20 level hiring which includesconducting resourcing needs analysis briefings with Hiring Managers, directly sources candidates using appropriate contact channels, deliver against agreed internal KPIs at every stage of the process, comply with all relevant SOPs and reward governance, effectively manage and maintain the Success Factors applicant tracking system and Recruitment Tracker to ensure a high level of data integrity enabling accurate data tracking and reporting, responsible for planning and overseeing logistics for interviews, assessments, mobilisations and mass recruitment activities to deliver project recruitment and mobilisations within thesector.
• Responsible for effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a strong working relationship with business leaders. This is a highly visible business facing role, should conduct regular visits to key operational locations where required
• Collate market information and make recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Manager to support business decision making and new innovative sourcing strategies for their sector.
• Maintains knowledge and awareness of the Serco brand, makes appropriate use of brand collaterals when communicating with candidates, presenting themselves as ambassadors of the Serco brand
• Carry out analysis of data and work to create meaningful MI around recruitment activity
• Carry out ad-hoc project work as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager in line with the global and regional HR Plan/Strategy

What we are looking for in our candidates:

• Extensive experience of successfully identifying candidates through direct sourcing and research.
• Experienced in all elements of recruiting process including candidate attraction, candidate qualifying, networking, assessing, talent pooling and stakeholder management
• Resource forecasting, reporting, scheduling, and allocation experience
• A mature, proactive, and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem-solving capability
• Able to work independently under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment
• Flexibility and ability to proactively identify issues and manage an environment of regular change by adapting to changing priorities

Specific requirements

• In-house or agency recruitment experience with experience in mid to senior level hiring
• Proven creative ability in developing and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies
• Computer proficient in concurrent use of Microsoft Office, ATS/Recruitment systems, SAP and external databases
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Middle East experience is preferred
