Sr. Project Manager - LandscapeJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Oversee a team of project managers consisting of engineers, supervisors, and laborers.•Create schedules for projects, allocate time, and ensure timely completion within budget, adhering to design specifications and industry standards.•Cross-coordinate multiple parallel projects with varying timelines and delivery dates, handling tasks under strict time constraints.•Analyze job specifications, provide recommendations, and take necessary actions to enhance performance by allocating extra resources or alternative work processes when required.•Develop and implement quality control programs and safety protocols.•Supervise project works to guarantee compliance with approved drawings, specifications, prevailing standards, statutory, and regulatory requirements.•Maintain awareness of potential risks affecting the companys objectives.•Source and procure materials and equipment, advise on technology, and suggest modifications for cost-saving measures.•Communicate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities, and project teams.•Monitor and track payments/invoices.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.••Proven leadership skills, high-quality standards, proactive management, excellent communication, and client satisfaction skills.•A valid drivers license.
