Responsibilities:Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completionDevelop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate with design teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirementsOversee procurement, contracts, and subcontractor managementMonitor construction progress, quality, and safety standardsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesPrepare progress reports, documentation, and project close-out reportsImplement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project deliveryQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)Minimum 20 - 22 years of experience in civil construction project managementProven experience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projectsFamiliarity with project management tools and techniquesStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
