Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecute the Project Delivery activities and monitor its implementation to ensure successful delivery of products and services and compliance with quality standards and timeframesAct as the acceleration & Escalation point for all major project delivery issues and effectively resolve the sameCoordinate with the relevant teams to maximize billable utilization and revenue, and work to minimize unbillable utilization ratesSupervise all the relevant partners/vendors to deliver the projects as per customer requirementsAnalyze and monitor capacity planning and forecasting data produced by subordinatesOversee the post project evaluations, to learn and share this knowledge with the wider team sand strategically plan changes in improvementEnsure efficient and consistent documentation of processes are defined, implemented and maintainedAnalyze current and future capacity levels and where any shortfalls occur detail strategic actions to be takenGuide the development of technical estimates, work plans and methodologies to systemize project delivery and hence reduce risks from arisingCultivate the resource management and project delivery management functions strategicallyDesign PMO services and delivery Eco system for Bespoke project & strategically analyzing and improving billable utilizationAdminister Project Delivery Management processes and methodsManage the successful implementation of the Project Delivery ?s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverablesAnalysis of project data and production of information for strategic management review and take proper guiding instructions accordinglySet verticals goals deadlines, prioritizing objectives and assigning team members to variousdeliverables to ensure accountability within the team and drive the success of the team members.Overseeing projects performance and ensuring members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standards and processesSeek implementation efficiencies to meet and exceed the financial expectations established at portfolio initiation.Prepare regular status reporting of current engagementDrive collaboration throughout Inventory Mgmt., Stocking , RMA Management and ensure process toleranceRepresent etisalat externally (e.g., with customers, vendors and industry peers)Oversea Contractual certificationEducation & ExperienceBachelor?s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or equivalent7+ years in Engineering, IT Management & Project delivery in telecommunications or IT industry
