Preferred Candidate Profile – Senior Interior DesignerWe are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with experience in Design & Build Contracting Companies, particularly in high-end ultra-luxury villa and mansion projects.The ideal candidate should have expertise in luxury interior and exterior finishes, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and design excellence.The candidate must have experience in Project Management, Concept Designing, Tendering, Bid Proposals, and Commercial Management.Experience in Subcontractor Management and Suppliers & Materials Coordination is essential.Strong skills in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with the highest standards are required.Qualifications:Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.10 years of experience in luxury residential projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.Experience in Commercial Management and Subcontractor Coordination.
