Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:Spearheaded the development, execution, and implementation of necessary regulations and system enhancements to achieve the objectives of TDRA mobile registration policy, ensuring strict adherence to guidelines provided by the relevant authorities.Successfully communicated TDRA mobile registration policies across all levels of the organization to ensure full compliance at all sales points.Designed and executed comprehensive training programs pertaining to TDRA RRMC 2.1 policies and exceptions for all sales agents, in collaboration with the concerned team, further enhancing their awareness and capabilities.Fostered and maintained strong relationships with TDRA representatives and other security agencies, representing Etisalat in TDRA customer registration committee meetings.Regularly updated Etisalat management about compliance status, advising on potential risks or non-compliance that could lead to TDRA violations.Conducted critical analysis of problematic situations and reported issues, formulated corrective and preventive plans, and negotiated timelines with TDRA and concerned authorities to avoid violations.Ensured smooth and consistent handling of daily operational registration issues and complaints from all sales points, contact centres, and social media, coordinating with the concerned team for prompt resolution.Upheld high-quality service by enforcing customer information capturing standards, resolving quality issues, and recommending system improvements.Managed report preparation and submission, sharing progress reports with TRA and security agencies, ensuring full compliance and error-free submissions.Actively interacted with and supported all customer registration committee stakeholders, facilitating system enhancements and gap closures.Led a team of executives, delegating responsibilities, providing guidance, and driving maximum performance.Responded to and investigated all letters from public prosecutions in the UAE related to mobile registration, representing Etisalat in investigations as required.Directed the development of projects related to TDRA POS Registration, collaborating with team members to maintain required controls in the system.Education & Experience:Master’s Degree:Years & Field: 15 years of Experience required on similar roleYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
