Define and maintain the operating and chemistry parameters necessary to achieve optimum chemical conditions, both for current operation and to maintain the integrity of the plant over the longer term.Provide accurate and timely process related guidance and advice to the Operations team on matters affecting plant process and performance in order to maximize yield as per the quality guidelines.Review all procedures, documentation, drawings and manuals and provide necessary training to junior colleagues, to ensure their development.Provide support and participate in internal / external Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental audits, in order to effectively implement corrective actions and update relevant Process and Laboratory related policies and procedures, based on the recommendations.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
