Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.Develop individualized therapy programs based on assessment findings.Implement evidence-based treatment techniques and utilize assistive communication devices when necessary.Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes.Educate and support patients and their families regarding communication strategies and rehabilitation techniques.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including therapy notes and progress reports.Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, psychologists, and educators, to ensure holistic patient care.Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and advancements in speech-language pathology.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Therapy, or an equivalent qualification.Valid license or registration with the relevant health authorities in Dubai or the UAE.Prior experience in pediatric and/or adult speech therapy is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.Strong organizational and documentation skills.
