MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:To provide effective speech pathology services to patients in line with professional clinical and company standardsKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:Provide advanced specialised speech therapy assessments and treatments to patientsSupport team members with professional guidance and coordinate services to ensure optimal patient experienceSupport and provide input into departmental quality improvement, risk and governance programmesManage patient experience processes for the department in line with company standardsREQUIRED EDUCATION:A relevant B.Sc Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institutionCurrent and valid BLS certificationRelevant post graduate training will be an advantageREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:At least 4 years post graduate experience as a Speech TherapistREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Patient experience standardsTeam leadership skillsUAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirementsVerbal and written communication skills in EnglishYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
