Job Description

Position SummaryThe Specialist - Learning and Development handles learning and development activities across functions and campuses with the aim to develop employees skills and knowledge through defined learning and development interventions. He/she is responsible to guide and monitor the implementation of learning and development programmes across functions and campuses in a consistent manner. ?Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Banner.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.?
