Date Posted: 2022-06-13-07:00Country: United Arab EmiratesLocation: UTS Carrier, Palladium building, 2nd floor, Al Quoz, Dubai, UAEEnsure timely and properly preparation, reporting , Inventory, Fixed Assets, Prepaid & Other Accruals; supply chain control and making sure to support on day to day tasks of supply chain and solve the issues they face with vendors and outsource activities.Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain in solving the issues they face with vendors and outsource activities for ME regionSupply chain control and supportDaily.
  • Review of backlog of Supplier invoice in AP SOE tool & AP Transactions for ME region.
  • Review of AP Aging, Employee Aging, GRIR review, Customs advance & Supplier Advance, especially more than 60 days for ME region.
  • Custom, FTA & import Value Reconciliation.
  • Technical/System Developments & Follow up (LTI & IT).
  • Outbound and Freight Monthly accruals and adjustments.
  • Inventory Review of transitory inventory location & Coordination with Logistics.
  • Annual Stock Count Team Plan Preparation-Fixed Assets and Inventory scrapping.
  • Coordinating with CBS in Debit notes Preparation and Submission to Carrier Entities and Third Parties.
  • Assisting on any other activity will be required based on HOF approval.
