Specialist GastroenterologistJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Conduct thorough clinical assessments and examinations of patients presenting with gastrointestinal symptoms.?Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including endoscopy, colonoscopy, and imaging studies.?Diagnose and develop treatment plans for a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders.?Perform endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy, with precision and attention to patient comfort.?Administer appropriate medical treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions.?Collaborate with surgeons and other specialists when surgical intervention is necessary.?Provide compassionate and empathetic patient care, ensuring clear communication and understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive measures.?Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, and other measures to promote gastrointestinal health.?Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.?Maintain open communication with referring physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.?Participate in regular case reviews, conferences, and contribute to the development of best practices within the gastroenterology department.?Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, examination findings, test results, and treatment plans.?Ensure compliance with DHA regulatory standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Job Details :?Medical degree from an accredited institution.?Board certification in Gastroenterology.?Valid DHA license?Proven experience as a Gastroenterologist, with a focus on endoscopic procedures.?Strong interpersonal and communication skills.?Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advances in gastroenterology.
