We are urgently seeking an experienced Specialist Estimator with strong expertise in high-end interior fit-out and bespoke joinery projects to join our growing team.Key Requirements:Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the Fit-out & Joinery industrySoftware ProficiencyHands-on experience with industry-standard estimating software (PlanSwift, CAD, etc.)Advanced MS Excel skillsTechnical & Professional ExpertiseIn-depth expertise in pricing bespoke joinery, millwork, and custom finishesStrong understanding of material costs, specifications, sourcing, and quality standardsProven negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve target budgetsComprehensive knowledge of costing, material take-offs, and installation methods for all interior elementsAbility to read and interpret (M&E) drawings to accurately cost service coordination within interior fit-out worksWhat We’re Looking For:Detail-oriented and results-driven professionalStrong commercial and analytical mindsetAbility to work efficiently under tight deadlines
