Global Care Hospital is seeking a highly skilled ENT Specialist or Consultant to join our team of medical professionals. The role focuses on diagnosing, treating, and performing surgical procedures for disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The ideal candidate will bring both clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach to care.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, hearing loss, infections, nasal blockages, throat problems, and tumorsConduct outpatient consultations and detailed ENT examinations using endoscopy and audiometry equipmentPerform minor and major ENT surgeries as required (e.g., tonsillectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgeries, ear surgeries)Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultationsCollaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists for holistic patient careMaintain thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)Participate in clinical meetings, medical audits, and continuous professional developmentEnsure all activities comply with Global Care Hospital’s clinical governance and regulatory standardsQualifications & Experience:MBBS with postgraduate qualification in ENT (MS/MD/FRCS/Board Certified in Otolaryngology)Valid MOH/DHA/HAAD license or eligibility to practice in the UAESpecialist: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant ENT experienceConsultant: Minimum 10 years post-specialization experienceProven surgical skills and familiarity with modern ENT diagnostic tools
