What We’re Looking For:Currently based in the UAE.Holds a degree or certification in Special Educational Needs.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SENCo.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Committed to promoting inclusive education and student well-being.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the SEN department and policies.Support teachers in implementing inclusive practices.Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Liaise with parents and external professionals.Track student progress and ensure the well-being of students with additional needs.
