Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.Adapt teaching materials and methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to support student development.Monitor and assess student progress regularly.Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.Provide behavioral and emotional support as needed.Advocate for the needs of students with SEN within the school community.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.Certification in Special Education or SEN teaching preferred.Experience working with students with diverse needs.Strong patience, empathy, and communication skills.Knowledge of specialized teaching strategies and interventions.
