In addition, there?s seven exclusive Malakiya Villas, over 50 world-class restaurants and bars, a traditional souk, 3km of waterways with abras, a leading conference and banqueting center, 2km of private beach, the award-winning Talise Spa, and the Talise Fitness health club.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for Spa Attendant Team Leader to join our Talise Spa Team in Jumeirah Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf HotelYour main duties will include:

  • Ensuring that standards and facilities are well maintained.
  • To check and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Talise standards.
  • To replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly.
  • To provide service promptly, courteously, and accurately.
  • To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels (inventory).
  • To evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the Assistant Spa Manager.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the Spa.
  • To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition if needed.
  • To assist the Therapists/Practitioners to prepare for treatments or baths when needed.
  • To setup and conduct monthly communication meetings for spa attendants.
  • Responsible for training all new colleagues (Standard Operating Procedures).
About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Good English levels and understanding
  • Understanding of Spa treatments
  • First aid qualification
  • Health and safety qualification and experience
