Sous ChefJob Location : United Arab Emirates:•Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the restaurants quality standards.Job search platforms•Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes and procedures.•Help in developing and refining the menu and creating new recipes.•Monitor inventory levels and manage food orders, notifying the Executive Chef when supplies need replenishment.•Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.•Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.•Organize and clean kitchen areas and equipment regularly.Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
