Job Description

Responsibilities:Assist head chef in menu planning and food preparation.Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality standards.Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef.Maintain hygiene and safety standards.Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.Knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.
