Job Description

Our client is into Hospitality industry. They are now looking for Sous Chef to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the head chef or executive chef in the general running of the kitchen
  • Demonstrate culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customers satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards.
  • Taking responsibility for more technical elements of cuisine.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene regulations.
  • Leading a team of chefs in cooking and preparing meals, including checking food quality and overseeing cooking techniques.
Preference:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a culinary role
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Highly Skilled in Indian Cuisine, Tandoor and cuisines viz Chinese, Continental and South Indian
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Working experience in Indian Cuisine and Tandoor is mandatory
  • Must have working experience in supervisory role.
