Scope: The Solution Executive is responsible for developing and presenting technical and commercial solution in response to complex RFP’s/RFT’s. this role involves assessing scope, conducting site visits, and developing technical and commercial solutions.Financial:Develop competitive pricing strategies that ensure quality and align with financial goalsConduct financial analysis to identify cost saving opportunities and maximize profitabilityConduct benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitive and attractive pricing structuresCustomer:Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and project requirementsIdentify and propose value add services that enhance the overall value proposition to customersDraft comprehensive responses to RFP’s that meet customer requirements and expectationsPresent technical solutions and proposals to customers, addressing their specific needs and concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfactionLead mobilizations/small scale projects, if required, post winning the contractProcess:Conduct thorough reviews of RFPs to ensure scope compliance and identify key project requirementsIdentify and coordinate with specialist resources needed for tender projectsCollaborate with other business units to ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents such as procurement, commercial, legal etc.Develop detailed technical presentations and documentations for tender submissionsEnsure all tender submissions adhere to internal quality standards and external regulatory requirementsInnovation:Identify and include innovative solutions and technologies that enhance service offeringsStay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve tender responses and solutionsIdentify new service offerings that can differentiate the company from competitorsProvide feedback and insights to the operations team to refine and enhance service based on tender experiencesSkills:Bachelor’s degree in engineering – (Mechanical/Electrical discipline)CFM Certification is an added advantage.2 years in the similar position and 5+ years in the FM industryTechnical skills – Knowledge of FM Processes and methods, Systems, Maintenance standards, local regulations, proven experience in developing technical and commercial solutions, excellent analytical and financial skillsSoft Skills - Customer Service Orientation, Critical Thinking, Problem solving, ability to work collaboratively and manage complex projects, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creationHard Skills - Reporting skills, Risk analysis and mitigation planning, SLA/KPI understandingYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
