This role requires a professional who can confidently handle client requirements, system configuration, training, and post-go-live support while ensuring alignment with UAE business practices and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end software implementation for assigned clients from initiation to go-liveGather, document, and analyze client business requirements in detailConfigure and customize software solutions to meet specific client needsCoordinate closely with internal development, technical, and support teamsOversee data migration, system testing, and go-live activitiesConduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals and documentationEnsure projects are delivered on time with a strong focus on client satisfactionProvide post-implementation support and resolve system-related issuesMaintain detailed implementation reports and project documentationEnsure compliance with UAE business processes and regulatory requirementsAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycleConduct client meetings, software demonstrations, and training sessions (online and offline)Manage client expectations, feedback, and change requests professionally
