The Bilingual Social Worker provides support, advocacy, and social services to individuals and families in need, particularly those with limited English proficiency. They assess clients needs, connect them to appropriate resources, and offer culturally and linguistically appropriate support to help improve their quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Conduct client assessments to identify needs, risks, and available support services.Provide crisis intervention, case management, and counseling services.Connect clients with resources such as housing, food, healthcare, legal aid, and employment support.Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation.Collaborate with schools, hospitals, government agencies, and community organizations.Advocate for client rights and ensure equitable access to services.Facilitate support groups, workshops, or community outreach programs.Monitor client progress and follow up to ensure continued support.Stay updated with policies, services, and regulations affecting client populations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field (Master’s preferred).1–3 years of experience in social services, casework, or counseling.Knowledge of cultural issues and challenges affecting diverse communities.Certification or licensure in social work is a plus.
