  • Manage content distribution across all platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Create and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content delivery and ideas
  • Able to create Email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
  • Working with a designer for social media posts according to the content calendar
  • Analyse and report on the performance of the content on different platforms weekly
  • Assist in planning and posting stories on the platforms
  • Assist in organising the Lives on social media platforms like Instagram (Instagram Live, Facebook Live)
  • Assist in planning and creating short video content (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and able to work under pressure
  • Seek solutions for issues that arise during projects and propose improvements to the process
  • Maintain communication and interactions among internal team members and external resources to resolve issues and queries
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
  • Self-sufficient and reliable, with ability and willingness to learn new tools

  • Events experience is a plus
