HR OfficerJob Location : United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Oversee and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.•Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.•Conduct performance management processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations, providing guidance to supervisors and managers.•Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.•Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.•Develop and deliver HR training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills related to HR policies and procedures.•Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing regular reports for management review.•Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and promote a positive work culture.•Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management and project execution.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.•Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.•In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor laws and regulations.•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Excellent organizational and time management skills.•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.•Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred.Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
