The Social Media Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing clients’ social media presence by developing strategies, creating content, and analyzing performance. This role acts as the bridge between the client and the creative/digital team to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, and others.Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce engaging and relevant content.Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective.Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages to build community and brand loyalty.Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.Manage client relationships, provide updates, and gather feedback to improve campaign outcomes.Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing budget and reach.Handle crisis management and online reputation monitoring when necessary.Stay updated on competitor activity and industry developments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask.Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
