Summary:As a Skilled Technician at our resort, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for our guests. You will handle a diverse range of tasks including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance across various property systems.Your commitment to excellence will contribute to exceeding guest expectations and enhancing our brand reputation.Responsibilities:Guest Service Excellence: Address guest requests promptly and to their satisfaction, ensuring high standards of service delivery.Maintenance and Repair: Perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facilities and equipment.Skill Sets: Utilize expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, kitchen equipment, HVAC, laundry systems, boilers, painting, locksmith tasks, and pool/pond maintenance.Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to optimize functionality and lifespan.Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect equipment to assess conditions for repair or replacement needs.Training and Compliance: Participate in departmental trainings on equipment and comply with safety and operational standards, including OSHA requirements.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory of supplies and parts.Team Support: Assist with repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors, responding to service requests efficiently.General Repair Work: Perform various general repair tasks to uphold property standards and functionality.Operational Efficiency: Organize work tasks to ensure all maintenance responsibilities are completed in accordance with operational demands.Qualifications:Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, and other relevant trades.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
