Job Position – Site SupervisorCompany Name – Afanin Landscaping WorksThe Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and budgetary constraints. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and effective coordination with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and crew members.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring all works progress according to established plans and schedules.Lead, train, and evaluate landscaping and hardscape crews, fostering a productive, safe, and disciplined work environment.Monitor and control project quality, ensuring strict compliance with design specifications, company standards, and industry best practices.Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment with the required quality and prices.Enforce workplace safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements across all site activities.Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, resource allocation, and adherence to project goals.Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency, safety, and quality.Maintain and submit accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage, including daily/weekly progress reports.Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma in Civil EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.Proven experience in landscaping, with supervisory experience preferred.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Solid knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.Good working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading drawings and making minor modifications.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and client expectations.Proficiency in project management and reporting tools is an asset.Valid UAE driver’s license.
