We’re Hiring – Site Supervisor (Fit-Out)We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our expanding team in the Interior Fit-Out sector. This role is essential for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:•Supervise and manage all site activities to guarantee timely completion of fit-out projects.•Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain workflow.•Monitor project quality, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with design specifications.•Report project progress and proactively resolve any on-site challenges or issues.Requirements:•Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in managing interior fit-out projects.•Strong leadership skills with proven site management capabilities.•Ability to read and interpret drawings to ensure proper implementation on site.•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.•Preference given to candidates currently based in the UAE.If you are passionate about delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects and want to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
