Location: DubaiJoin our dynamic team to lead high-end modular kitchen, wardrobe, tile, and complete interior fit-out projects in Dubai.Responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution with quality standards and safety protocols in place.Key Responsibilities– Supervise installation of kitchens, wardrobes, tiles, and other interior work on site.– Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure workflow.– Monitor project timelines, resolve on-site challenges, and report progress.– Ensure quality checks and client satisfaction at every stage of execution.– Maintain documentation and follow Dubai municipality regulations and safety standards.Requirements– Minimum 3 years of experience in interior/execution work (modular kitchen/fit-outs preferred).– Strong site management and leadership skills.– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.– Excellent communication and team coordination skills.– Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.– Knowledge of local codes and vendor networks is a plus.
