Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specificationsInspect construction methods and materials for alignment with structural engineering standardsCoordinate with design consultants, contractors, and other engineers on technical issuesIdentify and resolve structural challenges and non-conformities during executionMonitor quality, safety, and progress of structural activities on-sitePrepare site reports, technical documentation, and progress updates for project stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum 4 years of experience in structural engineering on construction sites (UAE experience preferred)Strong understanding of structural design, codes (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocode), and construction methodsProficiency in reading structural drawings and using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD ProExcellent problem-solving, site management, and communication skillsCandidates must have relevant experience and be currently based in the UAE, specifically Dubai
