Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and schedule.Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications, and ensure compliance on-site.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other departments to resolve technical issues.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.Maintain site records including progress reports, material usage, and labor deployment.Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory management.Report progress and issues to the Project Manager or Senior Engineer.Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software.Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
