Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities related to mechanical, structural, and equipment installationsReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentsCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of worksEnsure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on-siteConduct site inspections and quality checks to verify work complies with standards and specificationsResolve technical issues and provide solutions during construction activitiesMonitor progress, update project schedules, and report on site performanceManage material procurement, storage, and handling at the sitePrepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance reportsAssist in planning and sequencing of activities to optimize resources and timelinesQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fieldRelevant technical certifications or training in construction management is a plusExperience: Minimum of 5 years of site supervision experience in mechanical, structural, or equipment installation projectsProven experience in construction of water treatment, infrastructure, or similar projects is preferredStrong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processesSkills & Attributes: Excellent leadership and communication skillsStrong technical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specificationsProficient in MS Office, site management software, and AutoCAD (if applicable)Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
