Site Engineer – Building ConstructionExperience:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building construction (preferred)Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for building projectsEnsure work is carried out according to approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specificationsMonitor construction progress and report daily/weekly site activitiesCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policiesInspect materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usageResolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutionsPrepare site reports, measurements, and work progress documentationCoordinate with consultants and project managers for inspections and approvalsEnsure timely completion of works within approved budgets and schedulesQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fieldRelevant experience in building construction projectsKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practicesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
