Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities and operations.Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans.Supervise and direct site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.Conduct inspections to verify quality standards and workmanship.Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to report progress and any issues.Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and material usage.Enforce environmental and safety policies on-site.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in site activities, construction supervision, or a related field.Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in reading technical drawings and using site management tools.
